The end user who accesses the Website, its contents, or uses the Rishtey Point Services supplied is referred to as a user in these Terms. The prospective bride/father, bridegroom's mother, brother, sister, sibling, or friend is also considered a member of the Rishtey Point (the "Registrant"). User shall be referred to as user of the company (website).
Users who register an account on this website, which is exclusively used for marriage, are free to look for potential spouses in accordance with the matches the website suggests. The business (website) disclaims liability for any problems brought on by either the bride or the groom. The website's objective is to help two individuals across all religions find a compatible partner for marriage. The business opposes and disseminates dowries. The legitimacy of the profiles that are available on the website must be confirmed by the user because the company is not responsible for doing so.
1. Acceptance of the Terms of Service

According to sub clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act of 2000, Rishtey Point is an intermediary. Read these Terms of Use and complete the registration procedures if you want to use the Rishtey Point service, become a Member, and advertise or promote your profile to other Members. If you want to become a paid member of the Service, you consent to the submission of your personally identifiable information, including sensitive information such your financial data.
2. Eligibility
- You must be of legal age to marry in accordance with Indian law in order to register as a member of Rishtey Point or use this website (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).
- By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement, that you have the authority to do so, that you have the capacity to do so legally, that you are not barred from doing so by any current law, and that no court order, tribunal ruling, or other competent authority has issued a decree or injunction prohibiting you from entering into a civil union.
- By using this site, you agree that the match emails or match search results you receive are based on the information you provided about your partner preferences in your profile.
3. Registration
You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account, and you are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the login information you choose during the registration process. In addition to ensuring that you log out of your account at the conclusion of each session, you agree to tell us right once of any disclosure, unauthorised use, or other security breach involving your account.
Once a user registers on a website, data and information are made available to them and cannot be erased by the user. The user must be aware that the data he posts on the website may be used against him in the event of fraud. According to the user terms and conditions found in the website's Terms and Conditions section, the information may be altered (modified) at any time.
Duplicate profiles of the same person cannot be registered on this website. The company has the complete right to suspend or delete this duplicate profile without any prior notification.

By sending information to Rishtey Point, you can cancel your membership at any time and for any reason. Except where expressly guaranteed in writing, you will not be entitled to a return of any unused subscription costs paid by you if you decide to cancel your membership.
5. User Access
- The Site cannot be used in connection with any commercial efforts and is only for the personal use of individual users to advertise and promote their profiles in order to generate accepts from appropriate matches. This includes offering links to other websites, whether or not they are seen as rivals to company. Organizations, businesses, and/or companies are not permitted to join Rishtey Point as members and are not permitted to use the service or website in any way.
- The use of information from the Rishtey Point service or from other matrimonial websites, including community-based websites, is not guaranteed by Rishtey Point, and neither can it be held accountable for any particular outcomes.
- You, as a user, must confirm the credentials and information provided by other users because Rishtey Point does not authenticate or endorse any information of any profile.
- Rishtey Point reserves the right to take whatever steps it deems necessary in its sole discretion to protect Rishtey Point and/or its Members from any abuse or misuse.
- User must supply the most recent photo, in order to receive better search results. Giving out outdated photos, photos of other people, or erroneous or fraudulent information will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions.
- The membership may be suspended by Rishtey Point at its sole discretion if the Member fails to update any changes to the information provided in their profile on the website.
- Members are not permitted to circumvent the security measures put in place by user or probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Website.
- Additionally, you are forbidden from paying or transferring money to any company employees' accounts. Only the Rishtey Point account is to be used for all payments.
6. Exclusive Rights to the Content
All proprietary rights in the Rishtey Point Site and the Rishtey Point Service are owned by and reserved to Rishtey Point. The Site includes trademarks, copyrighted content, and other intellectual data belonging to Rishtey Point and its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, edit, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any of this proprietary material, with the exception of information that is in the public domain, such as a member's profile, or for which the user has granted permission. In the event that you commit or attempt to commit any such conduct, Rishtey Point has the right to immediately terminate your membership without refunding any portion of your subscription payments. Where appropriate, company (website) maintains the right to pursue legal action (civil or criminal) for any infringement.
7. Confidentiality
Any comments you make to website will be regarded as non-confidential. The use of such comments or information by Rishtey Point shall be unlimited. Additionally, by submitting the feedback, you affirm and guarantee that:
- The feedback is free of any proprietary or confidential information belonging to you or third parties.
- The member is not subject to any express or implied confidentiality obligation with respect to the feedback; and
- Under no circumstances are you entitled to any payment from the website (company) in exchange for the feedback.
8. Published content on the website
- You acknowledge and agree that any information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other content made available to Rishtey Point, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom it originated and is subject to the member's or person's sole risk and liability. This means that all Content that you upload, post, email, transmits or otherwise make available via the Service is solely your responsibility. This website does not oversee the Content posted through the Service, and as a result, cannot vouch for its reliability.
- You must follow any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations when using theRishtey Point Service.
- You acknowledge and accept that company may remove any listings, content, communications, photos, or profiles (collectively, "Content") that, in Rishtey Point’s sole discretion, violate this Agreement, are offensive, illegal, or may infringe upon or otherwise jeopardise the rights of the website, its Members, or third parties.
9. General
If you make a false complaint about another prospect on our website or app, and we act on your complaint to suspend or delete that prospect's profile, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal (Civil/Criminal) action against you and demand payment for any costs incurred as a result of your careless, false, illegal, or unlawful action. Additionally, we retain the right to terminate your account and keep any payments you made for website services of these terms and conditions.
10. Member disputes and your interactions with other members
Your advertisements and communications with other Rishtey Point Members are totally your responsibility. Although it is not required, Rishtey Point maintains the right to keep an eye on disagreements between you and other Members.
Additionally, Company has the right to penalise disobedient members as necessary. Rishtey Point is not required to inform other members—including complainants—of such action, though. Rishtey Point expressly disclaims all liability and responsibility for any dealings or interactions among members.
11. Disclaimers
- Any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications, or any communications by the company (website) to its Members, are not the responsibility of Rishtey Point.
- You hereby explicitly acknowledge and agree that usage of this website/app is at your own risk.
- As a result of the installation or use of the app, we are not responsible for any damage to or alteration of your equipment, including but not limited to computer equipment, handheld devices, or mobile phones. Due to the installation or use of the app, we are not responsible for any harm or modification to your equipment, including but not limited to computer hardware, handheld devices, or mobile phones.
- It is not a marital offer or recommendation from Rishtey Point when matchmaking profiles are exchanged through or by that website. Any loss or harm to a person resulting from or following the establishment of any relationships (including but not limited to matrimonial relationships) as a result of using the website’s service is not the responsibility of Rishtey Point.
- Any liability or obligation for any Content/listing posted on the Site or made accessible to Rishtey Point by any Members, the users of the Site, or any third party is expressly disclaimed by the website.
- Rishtey Point disclaims all liability and responsibility for any illegal Content uploaded by Members, users, or any third parties on the Site.
12. Jurisdiction
By using the Site, you unconditionally agree that any issues relating to or involving the Site and/or the Service will be governed by Indian law and will only be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chhattisgarh, India.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless website, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and all other partners and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand made by a third party due to or arising from your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement, a breach of these Terms of Use, a breach of your representations and warranties stated above, and/or a breach of any of the foregoing.
14. Mode of Payment
Payments done via cash, checks, net banking, debit or credit cards, RTGS, or NEFT would adhere to the current RBI regulations. The fulfilment of the aforementioned payment must occur before the paid company service can be activated. If a check or demand draught is returned unpaid, you are responsible for the bouncing fee assessed by the relevant bank. Your account's continued access to website services will be disabled or terminated until you pay the full amount of the payment plus any associated bank fees in cash.
15. Refund Policy
There is no refund policy at Rishtey Point. The user is responsible for reading the website's terms of service and should only submit payment if they are prepared to use the website's services. Before or after using the website, there will never be a refund given. In the event of an unintentional payment, the user must notify the business and provide the necessary details, such as the payment date, transaction amount, transaction number, etc. The company's authority will make the final determination regarding refunds in the uncommon situations where it matters.
16. Membership renewal and new membership
The user must pay the charges in accordance with the services they choose to utilise. By creating a profile on the website and paying the fees specified on the website, a new membership may be gained.
